8 ounces white cheddar cheese shredded
1/2 red onion finely chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
7 ounces Red Bell Pepper & Ancho Chili Jam
One 6" spring form pan (optional)
Mix together the cheese, onion and mayonnaise. Spray a spring-form pan with a non-stick spray, spread mixture in pan and pour jam over mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Place spring form pan on a serving dish and release side of spring-form just before serving. Serve with sliced baquette or crackers. Serves 8.
If you do not have a spring-form pan, just mold the cheese mixture into a mound or a log onto a pretty serving plate and pour the jam over the mold. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
