This is a wonderful marinade for beef. I like to buy what they call a “flat iron” steak and use this marinade and then grill it. I like to use celery seed and then a small amount of garlic powder instead of celery salt and garlic salt.
1/4 cup oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons green onions
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon celery salt or celery seed
garlic salt to taste
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Put flank steak in a ziploc bag and pour marinade over the meat. Marinade overnight.
