Since this is prime grilling season I thought you might like to try this marinade. It is great on pork, chicken or beef and is quick and easy to make. This is great on chicken tenders and then you can use the tenders on a big, chef salad.
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup fresh basil or oregano leaves
2 tablespoons garlic finely chopped
1/4 tablespoon salt
Combine all ingredients. Remove 1/4 cup marinade; refrigerate. In a large shallow non-aluminum baking dish or plastic bag, marinate your favorite steaks in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 3 to 24 hours.
Remove steaks, discard marinade. Grill or broil steaks, brushing with reserved marinade until desired doneness.
