Tender pieces of meat are cooked the old fashioned way with lots of carrots and potatoes.

Wonderful side dish with lots of corn, long-grain rice and a cheddar cheese blend.
Chicken Amandine
Tender chicken breasts dipped in butter and then coated with sliced almonds and breadcrumbs. A Busy Day Market favorite!!
Chicken and Rice Casserole
An old favorite recipe, melding the homey flavors of cooked chicken, rice, bell peppers, water chestnuts in a low-fat creamy sauce.
Chicken Divan
A "lightened" version of an old favorite with chicken and broccoli in a Parmesan cheese sauce with a dash of Sherry.
Chicken Salad Casserole
lots of chicken chunks mixed with almonds, celery and pimentos then baked with cheddar cheese on top. This is great cold or warmed up.
Chicken with Artichokes and Mushrooms
Boneless chicken breasts sautéed in Marsala wine and then smothered with artichoke hearts and mushrooms.
Chicken with Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce
Boneless chicken breasts sautéed and then baked with a creamy sauce that has a nice tang of Sun-Dried tomatoes.
Deviled Swiss Steak
Locally grown beef sautéed in a couple of special spices, then baked with tomatoes, onions and peppers over penne pasta.
Florentine Roll-Ups
We take a lasagna noodle and spread it with a ricotta cheese and fresh spinach mixture, roll it up and then top it with our homemade Marinara sauce.
Gary's Killer Chili
Good ole boy chili with lots of ground beef, kidney beans and just the right amount of kick. Makes a great sauce for hot dogs.
Greek Chicken with Tomatoes and Feta
Boneless Chicken breasts marinated in white wine and lemon juice then baked with fresh tomatoes, black olives, basil and feta cheese.
Indian Chicken Curry Over Rice
We start with Boneless Chicken Thighs and marinate them in a yogurt sauce, then slow cook them in lots of flavorful Indian spices.
Mac and Cheese with Penne Pasta
This is "grown-up" mac and cheese with 4 different cheeses in a white sauce mixed with Penne pasta lightly sprinkled with bread crumbs.
Orange Cranberry Glazed Pork Tenderloin
We start with tender pork tenderloin and then roast it with a zesty orange and cranberry sauce.

Turkey Tenderloins stuffed with Fontina Cheese, Fresh Spinach, Pine Nuts, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, then drizzled with a Lemon Wine Sauce.
Tequila Chicken
This is a very diet friendly recipe. Boneless chicken breasts coated in cumin then sautéed and baked with fresh tomatoes, cilantro, onion and lime juice. Great with black beans on the side.
The World's Best Meatloaf
This is my brother-in-law's recipe that he has perfected. We make it with locally grown beef and a special tomato and brown sugar sauce on top. You definitely need a side of mashed potatoes with this.
Vegetarian Lasagna with Polenta
We start with a layer of creamy, homemade Polenta, and then we layer with freshly roasted zucchini, squash, bell peppers, onions and then cover it with our homemade marinara sauce. This is a great vegetarian meal on its own.
