Libby Markham, owner of the Busy Day Market and Busy Day Gourmet, is a true Southern gal having grown up in Texas and Louisiana. She graduated from Texas Christian University in Ft. Worth with a degree in Home Economics and business. After graduation she lived in Dallas for 6 years managing two different retail stores and eventually managing a showroom at the Dallas Apparel Mart, where she met her husband, Gary. It is through Gary's career that they have had the opportunity to move around the States and how Libby ended up finding the thing she loved best; cooking, entertaining and teaching others how to cook.
